The Maple Table
The Maple Table is our signature restaurant, built around the ingredients and rhythms of the Pacific Northwest. Menus change with the season, drawing on local farms, coastal fisheries, and artisan producers across British Columbia.
Mornings begin with locally roasted coffee, fresh-baked pastries, and a full breakfast buffet. Lunch offers a concise menu of salads, grains, and grilled dishes suited to working days and leisured afternoons. In the evening, the kitchen presents a tasting menu alongside à la carte options, with wine pairings curated by our sommelier.

Canopy Lounge
The Canopy Lounge sits at the heart of the hotel, a natural gathering point for pre-dinner drinks, post-event conversation, and quiet evenings. The bar serves craft cocktails, local wines, and a selection of bar plates designed to complement the drinks menu.
The lounge is open to hotel guests and visitors alike, with comfortable seating, soft lighting, and a considered acoustic design that allows easy conversation without raising voices. It connects to both The Maple Table and the hotel lobby, making it a convenient start or end to any evening at Maple Boulevard.
